Terms of Service

Effective date: May 16, 2026

1. About Anvora

Anvora is a software platform operated by Anvora LLC that allows home bakers (“Bakers”) to create online storefronts and accept pre-orders from their customers (“Customers”). By using Anvora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Anvora is a platform, not a food seller

Anvora provides software tools only. We are not a food business, bakery, or marketplace operator. All food products are created and sold directly by independent Bakers.

Bakers are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal cottage food laws and food safety regulations
  • Obtaining any required licenses, permits, or certifications
  • The quality, safety, and accuracy of the food products they sell
  • All communications and transactions with their customers

Anvora makes no representations regarding the safety or legality of any food sold through the platform. Customers purchase directly from Bakers, not from Anvora.

3. Baker accounts

To create a Baker storefront, you must register an account with accurate information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You may not: impersonate another person, use a false identity, create multiple accounts for the same business, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscription plans and fees

Anvora offers four subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Transaction fees:Free tier Bakers pay a 5% platform fee on each order’s subtotal. Starter tier pays 2%. Growth and Pro pay 0%. Transaction fees are calculated monthly and charged separately.

Anvora reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not apply retroactively.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use Anvora to:

  • Sell products that are illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Deceive or defraud customers
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Anvora’s platform, design, or content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Anvora’s source code
  • Use automated tools to access the platform without permission
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

6. Intellectual property

Anvora and its platform — including the A∞ mark, visual design, software, and all original content — are owned by Anvora LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the Anvora brand without written permission.

Bakers retain full ownership of their own content: store descriptions, product photos, and any other materials they upload. By uploading content to Anvora, you grant Anvora a limited licence to display that content to operate the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvora LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any illness, injury, or harm arising from food sold through the platform
  • Lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Data loss or platform downtime

Anvora’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Anvora in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anvora LLC from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any food safety issue related to products you sell through Anvora.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Anvora may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or cause harm to other users. We will notify you unless doing so would compromise an investigation or the safety of other users.

10. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Anvora shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Anvora.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
