The story
T's Extra Shot of Sugar started in a home kitchen with one oven, one stand mixer, and the kind of stubborn opinion that good cookies are worth the wait.
Everything I bake is made by hand, in small batches, the day you're picking it up. Real butter, dark chocolate, fresh fruit. No shortcuts, no fillers, no parchment-paper apologies.
I bake on a pre-order schedule so each order gets the attention it deserves. Place yours a few days ahead, I'll confirm pickup, and you can come grab it warm.
